How do I qualify and collect stamps?

To qualify for the Drive.SG Rewards, you will need to sign up an account with us. With an account, you will be able to collect stamps by booking a car via our website with that account.

You will earn ONE Reward Stamp per Rental Day that you book through Drive.SG. E.g, if I book a car from Friday to Monday, it would be 3 days of Rental, and I will have 3 Reward Stamps.

Will the collected stamps expire?

Collected stamps will not expire unless your account is terminated.

Are there any transactions that don't earn stamps?

Yes, bookings made with any reward from Drive.SG rewards will not be counted towards your stamps. Beyond that, unless stated otherwise, any short term rental will count towards your stamps.

Are there any transactions that rewards do not apply to?

Rewards do not apply to long term leasing, chauffeur bookings and selected promotions that we will specify in the promotion's T&C.

How many stamps do I have?

You can see the number of stamps collected on your card in the account page. Alternatively, click here to see your rewards status.

How do I redeem the rewards with the stamps collected?

Please visit the rewards tab for redemption details. Reward options will appear once you have enough stamps to redeem rewards.

Can I exchange the rewards for cash instead?

Redeemed rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Do my past bookings allow me to earn points?

Unfortunately no, only bookings made from 24th Oct 2014 12:00am (Singapore Time) onwards will be considered in this Drive.SG Rewards Program.

Wasn't the previous reward a FREE day of rental?

We've changed the mechanics and rewards with effect from 3rd March 2016. All eligible customers with points have been notified via email to the email addresses provided to us.
